Archive projects and tags

You were able only to delete projects and tags that you don’t need anymore, but now you can archive them and unarchive later in case of need.

Context menu on mobile

The context menu was completely rewritten. Now it’s less buggy and works on mobile as well. Just long tap on a task, project, tag or event to open a context menu.

Bug fixes

• Fixed: duplicating projects/tags when submitting a form via Enter key.

• Fixed: reloading page always leads to the main page.

Command bar

If you used this feature in other apps, you know how powerful it could be. The command bar allows you to switch views, go to a particular project or tag or create them. The list of commands is short but it will be extended in future releases.

Desktop application

It is still in early beta, but you can try the desktop application now. You can download the latest version here.

Mobile version

The mobile version is also in beta, but you are free to use it to check your schedule, add new tasks and do other things. Some of the features are not available yet. Stay tuned and follow our twitter to not miss updates.

Tags

It is now possible to assign one or more tags to a single task. Tags help you group tasks by some attribute that doesn’t make sense to turn into a project. You can also see unscheduled tasks grouped by tag in your sidebar on the calendar page.

Improvements

• Added option to set due date to a next Monday

• Tasks with due dates now visible in the calendars sidebar

• Changed ordering of completed tasks on My Day page

Fixes

• Removing a single recurring task didn’t work in some cases

• There was an extra option in the delete project dialog

Priority

It is now possible to give your task priority level - low, medium, high and urgent. You can change the grouping of tasks on the calendar’s sidebar to see which tasks need your immediate attention.

Due dates

Some tasks may not have an exact time yet, but they need to be done to some date. In this case, you can assign a date to a task and it will be shown at Your Day on this date.

Improvements

• Copy tasks command now makes a copy uncompleted by default

• You can now see the duration of a task/event

Bug fixes

• Settings and sign-in status are used to be cleared at the end of the session so it forced people to sign in and choose shown calendars again if they closed the tab or browser.

• Editing events didn’t work for some recurring instances

• Weekly recurrence had no days selected by default

• It is now possible to add Google Events without leaving Week! You can add title, guests and setup recurrence of the event.

Improvements:

• We added a small gap on the right side of every day, so it is much easier to add task and events next to other calendar blocks.

• Improved performance of showing task modal. If you still have visible lags when opening this window - please let us know.

Fixes:

• Wasn’t possible to delete one recurrence of a recurring task

• Sidebar sometimes used to take more height than window’s height

Now you can see the list of available hotkeys by pressing "Hotkeys" button at the bottom of sidebar.

Now you can create tasks that occurs more than once. For example, you can add your daily meeting (or weekly retro) as a recurring task.

My Day

If you need to keep an eye on some important task, you can add it to My Day tab to schedule it later.

Now you can prioritize tasks by marking them with a star. These tasks will be placed at the beginning of the list. 

Better support for all-day events

All-day events used to overlap. It is fixed now, but there is still room for improvements. If you have any troubles with all-day events - let me know!
